Pack 978 Internet Policy

Privacy

In keeping with BSA policies and general guidelines, the Pack 978 web site will, by best effort, not publish last names, addresses, or phone numbers of scout members nor will it tie any names to individuals in pictures on the web site. This policy is consistent with most other scout troops.

If any individual wishes to not have specific names, identities, likeness, or other material appear on the Pack 978 web site - they must e-mail any of the above officials and indicate their preferences. Such references will be removed and to the best efforts of the pack officials not be posted in the future.

Pack 978 officials and other volunteers are not responsible for any liability and damages, in any form, whether foreseeable or not, including consequential damages, for revealing the identities of any individual or organizations, in any manner.
